TBTBBR-1 Bending Beam Rheometer is designed according to AASHTO T313, ASTM D6648 and EN 14771 to perform flexural creep stiffness of asphalt binder at the low-temperature condition.
Each TBTBBR-1 consists of load frame, built-in touch screen industrial computer, fluid bath, chiller, calibration kit, air compressor and power box.
TBTBBR-1 Bending Beam Rheometer is designed according to AASHTO T313, ASTM D6648 and EN 14771 to perform flexural creep stiffness of asphalt binder at the low-temperature condition.
Each TBTBBR-1 consists of load frame, built-in touch screen industrial computer, fluid bath, chiller, calibration kit, air compressor and power box.
1. Industrial computer display curve of deformation, pressure and temperature in real time;
2. LVDT sensor meet standard measurement requirement;
3. Dual mode of Peltier and chiller for fast cooling from room temperature to -18℃ in 40 minutes;
4. Fluid bath temperature fluctuation within ±0.1℃ at set temperature;
5. Smoothly switch contact load(35±10mN) and test load(980±10/50mN);
6. The chiller connect to the main main host by long hose to prevent vibration;
7. Adjustable speed magnetic stirring rotor make the fluid bath temperature accurate and uniform;
8. Thin beam modulus in range of 20GPA±10% that meet standard required Daily Overall System Check;
9. Durable stainless steel frame has good corrosion resistance and easy to clean;
10. Time point for calculating result can be set by software;
11. Automatic calculate test result and generate report;
12. Two-stage high-precision air filter prevents air impurities from affecting the test accuracy;
13. USB port support data export and connect with mouse & keyboard;
14. With Ethernet port, can connect to Internet;
15. English and Russian language operation software, other language can be customized.
